All online clients will receive:
- An in-depth intake process, with preliminary program and video analysis and feedback, comprehensive training and injury history, and detailed short and long term goal setting
- Weekly programming adjustments, and video feedback
- On demand support and feedback daily
- Zoom conferencing when needed to goal set, talk through upcoming competition and review current progress.
